PVC granulate is a mixture of polyvinylchloride and other agents, which include thermal stabilisers, lubricants, parting agents, filling compounds, pigments, flame retardants, light stabilisers, antioxidants, and softeners in the softened version. The mixture is homogenised and melted in an extruder under increased temperature and pressure. The hot melt is moulded through an extrusion head, cut to the required length and cooled.

We produce PVC granulates on three product lines:

  • NOVOPLAST – softened PVC granulates
  • NOVODUR – hard, non-softened PVC granulates
  • CLEAR – softened and non-softened PVC granulates, in a pure, transparent design
